PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT ACTDefence Research Board Employees RegulationsRegulations Respecting the Application of the Public Service Employment Act to Employees of the Defence Research BoardSHORT TITLE

1.These Regulations may be cited as the Defence Research Board Employees Regulations.

APPLICATION OF THE ACT

2.Notwithstanding paragraph 53(a) of the National Defence Act, all the provisions of the Public Service Employment Act apply to the professional, scientific, technical, clerical and other employees required to carry out efficiently the duties of the Defence Research Board.
