of the Act does not apply to the sale of a prescribed consumer textile article where the article is made up for the use of an individual or, if the article is a floor covering, cut for the use of an required to be shown on a label by the Act and these Regulations is shown on the bill of sale or on any other document delivered to the individual at the time the article is delivered to the official languages is in use continuously by the public for the purpose of making consumer purchases and the information required by paragraph (1)(<Emphasis style="italic">a</Emphasis>) is shown in that official language.</Text></Subsection><Subsection Code="se=&quot;11&quot;,ss=&quot;5&quot;"><Label>(5)</Label><Text>For the purpose of subsection (4), <DefinedTermEn>area</DefinedTermEn> that are for use on beds.</Text></Provision><Provision format-ref="indent-1-0" language-align="yes" list-item="no"><Label>10.</Label><Text>Piece goods including narrow fabrics, yarns, threads,  ropes,
