FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACTAdvance Payments for Crops Guarantee Assignments RegulationsRegulations Respecting the Assignment of the Right of Organizations under Subsection 12(1) of the Advance Payments for Crops ActSHORT TITLE

1.These Regulations may be cited as the Advance Payments for Crops Guarantee Assignments Regulations.

DESIGNATION

2.Any person occupying the position of Assistant Deputy Minister, Food Production and Marketing Branch, Department of Agriculture, is hereby designated as the paying officer for the purposes of Part IX of the Financial Administration Act in respect of an assignment of the rights of an organization under subsection 12(1) of the Advance Payments for Crops Act.

PRESCRIPTION

3.For the purposes of paragraph 81(1)(b) of the Financial Administration Act, the rights of an organization under subsection 12(1) of the Advance Payments for Crops Act is a prescribed class of Crown debts.
