Association</MarginalNote><Label>5.</Label><Text>The Association is a body corporate consisting of a governing body and members.</Text></Section><Section Code="se=&quot;6&quot;"><MarginalNote duties and exercise the powers that are imposed or conferred on the Association by this Act.</Text></Paragraph></Section><Section Code="se=&quot;7&quot;"><MarginalNote Code="se=&quot;7&quot;,m1=&quot;&quot;">Minister may act in place of Association</MarginalNote><Label>7.</Label><Text>The Minister may take such measures as the Minister considers appropriate to caused by the death, resignation, removal or incapacity to act of a Council member referred to in paragraph 13(<Emphasis style="italic">c</Emphasis>) shall be filled by a member of the Association in office</MarginalNote><Label>(2)</Label><Text>A person appointed or elected to fill a vacancy on the Council shall hold office for the unexpired portion of the term of the Council member being
