Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act, hereby(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2003-2097 of December 12, 2003a, andaSI/2003-239(b)designates the Minister of Transport, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Canada Post Corporation Act,effective February 6, 2006.
