Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985 Act*, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Direction respecting the distribution of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985.*S.C. 1987, c. 48SHORT TITLE

1.This Direction may be cited as the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985 Distribution Direction (No. 2).

DISTRIBUTION

2.Four copies of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985 shall, as soon as practicable after they become available, be distributed without charge to the chairperson of any committee of the House of Commons, of the Senate or of both Houses of Parliament that may be established for the purpose of reviewing and scrutinizing statutory instruments.
