His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, is pleased hereby to transfer to the Department of National Health and Welfare the control and supervision of that portion of the public service in the Department of Consumer and Corporate Affairs known as the Product Safety Branch.
