C-6.1, the <XRefExternal reference-type="act" link="N-22">Navigable Waters Protection Act</XRefExternal> or the <XRefExternal reference-type="act" link="F-14">Fisheries Act</XRefExternal>, as the case may be, or that is carried out in accordance with an approval or authorization required under any of those Acts;
