Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 12(1) of the Olympic and Paralympic Marks Acta, hereby makes the annexed Olympic and Paralympic Marks Regulations.aS.C. 2007, c. 25PRESCRIBED PERIOD

1.For the purposes of paragraph 3(4)(a), subsection 4(1), paragraph 5(2)(a), section 6 and paragraph 8(2)(a) of the Olympic and Paralympic Marks Act, the prescribed period begins on the day on which these Regulations come into force and ends on December 31st, 2010.

COMING INTO FORCE
