1.This Order may be cited as the Petroleum Incentives Program Advance Ruling Fees Order.

FEES

2.(1)Subject to subsection (2), the fee payable by a person who applies for an advance ruling respecting his entitlement to an incentive under the Petroleum Incentives Program Act shall be $50 for each hour or part thereof spent on the preparation of the advance ruling.(2)The fee payable pursuant to subsection (1) shall not be less than $250.00 for each advance ruling.
