His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to sections 62* and 136** of the Customs Tariff***, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order respecting the accelerated reduction or removal of certain customs duties under the Customs Tariff as a consequence of concessions granted pursuant to the Canada-United States Free Trade Agreement.*S.C. 1988, c. 65, s. 98**S.C. 1989, c. 18, s. 15***R.S., c. 41 (3rd Supp.)SHORT TITLE

1.This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 3.

GENERAL

2.The rates of customs duties on certain goods referred to in the Customs Tariff are reduced or removed in the manner set out in the schedule to this Order.

COMING INTO FORCE

3.The schedule to this Order is effective April 1, 1990.
