1.These Regulations may be cited as the Hatchery Exclusion Regulations.

EXCLUSIONS

2.The following buildings and premises are excluded from the definition hatchery:(a)any buildings or premises that have an incubator capacity of less than 1,000 eggs; and(b)any buildings or premises that are not used to store for incubation chicken, turkey, duck, goose or game bird eggs.
