His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 7(1)* of the National Parks Act, is pleased hereby to revoke the National Parks Townsite and Subdivision Designation Regulations, C.R.C., c. 1133, and to make the annexed Regulations respecting the designation of towns, visitor centres and resort subdivisions in national parks, in substitution therefor.*R.S., c. 39 (4th Supp.)SHORT TITLE

1.These Regulations may be cited as the National Parks Town, Visitor Centre and Resort Subdivision Designation Regulations.
