Code="se=&quot;4&quot;,ss=&quot;1&quot;,p1=&quot;f&quot;"><Label>(<Emphasis style="italic">f</Emphasis>)</Label><Text>the buoy’s anchor is constructed and maintained in a manner and with materials waters shall ensure that the information required by paragraph (1)(<Emphasis style="italic">d</Emphasis>) is accurate at all times.</Text></Subsection></Section><Section
