  •  (1) As soon as possible after the end of each fiscal year, the President of the Treasury Board must prepare and cause to be laid before each House of Parliament a report concerning the administration of sections 11 to 12.3 in that year in respect of the core public administration and every portion of the federal public administration designated for the purpose of paragraph (d) of the definition public service in subsection 11(1).

  • Marginal note:Consolidation of reports

    (2) The President of the Treasury Board may, in respect of any fiscal year, prepare a single report concerning the matters referred to in subsection (1) and those referred to in subsections 21(1) and (2) of the Employment Equity Act or those referred to in section 28 of the Public Service Employment Act if he or she considers it appropriate to do so.
