NORTHWEST TERRITORIES ACT

Order Designating Additional Legislative Powers Vested in the Commissioner in Council

SHORT TITLE

1. This Order may be cited as the Additional Legislative Powers Designation Order.

DESIGNATION

2. The making of grants and loans to individuals and the making of loans to persons are hereby designated as matters in relation to which the Commissioner in Council of the Northwest Territories may make Ordinances.
