Version of section 23 from 2006-03-22 to 2014-03-11:
23 Where a licence or pilotage certificate is suspended by the Authority pursuant to paragraph 17(4)(b) of the Act, the holder of the licence or pilotage certificate shall, if he wishes to have his licence or certificate reinstated, take such further training as will enable him to meet the qualifications prescribed in paragraphs 14(1)(j), (k) and (l) of these Regulations.
