Great Lakes Sewage Pollution Prevention

Inspection of Marine Sanitation Devices

  •  (1) The fee payable for an inspection during the construction or manufacture of components of each piece of a ship's operational marine sanitation device is $100.

  • (2) The fee payable for the issuance of a Certificate of Approval of a ship's operational marine sanitation device, when inspected, tested and approved by an inspector in accordance with the Great Lakes Sewage Pollution Prevention Regulations, is $300.

  • (3) The fee payable for the issuance of a Certificate of Approval of a ship's operational marine sanitation device that meets the requirements of the Great Lakes Sewage Pollution Prevention Regulations, when approved by another Administration, is $400.
