FISHERIES ACT

Notice Excepting Certain Roe Herring from the Operation of Section 29 of the Fisheries Act

SHORT TITLE

1. This Notice may be cited as the Roe Herring Exemption Notice.

EXEMPTION

2. Roe herring caught along the coast of British Columbia and from which roe has been extracted is hereby excepted from the operation of section 29 of the Fisheries Act.
