(1) Amherst Point Sanctuary Unit
Being all those two parcels of land, in the county of Cumberland, bordered by a heavy line according to plan 66108 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa;
THE SAID parcels of land containing 409.56 hectares (1,012 acres), more or less.
