Designating the Judges of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba to Exercise all the Functions and Powers of a Judge Under the Act

CANADA

I, Donald James Johnston, Minister of Justice, by virtue of the authority vested in me under subparagraph (g)(iii) of the definition judge in subsection 2(1) of the Canada Elections Act, do hereby designate the following judges of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba to exercise all the functions and powers conferred upon a judge by the Canada Elections Act:
