    Firstly, the whole of lots 12, 29, 113, 267 and 295 and those parts of lots 7 to 9 inclusive, 11, 13, 15, 17, 22, 24, 28, 31, 33, 35 to 40 inclusive, 44, 49, 51, 52, 54, 56, 59, 60, 62, 63, 65 to 67 inclusive, 71, 72, 74, 77, 79, 81, 83, 84, 99 to 103 inclusive, 105, 106, 109, 114 to 118 inclusive, 123, 125, 129, 151, 156, 167, 183 to 185 inclusive, 191, 197 to 200 inclusive, 241, 242, 245, 249, 252, 259, 261, 272 to 279 inclusive, 281, 282, 292 to 294 inclusive, 296 to 299 inclusive, and 301; as said lots and parts are shown on plan 66283 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa;

    Secondly, those parts of undesignated shore lots and parts of lot 756; as said lots and parts are described in deeds registered in the Registry Office at Temiscouata under numbers 198776, 198777, 217165 and 218186;

    Thirdly, parcels 1 and 2, being parts of lots 63 and 65 respectively; as said parcels are described in a deed registered in said Registry Office under number 254282;

    Fourthly, parcels 1 to 3 inclusive, being parts of lot 241 and parcel 4 being a part of lot 242; as said parcels are described in a deed registered in said Registry Office under number 255118;

    Said lots, parts and parcels containing together 284.5 hectares (703 acres).
