All those parcels of land identified as “Type 2 Lands” on the following National Topographic Series maps on file at the office of the Regional Manager, Land Resources Division at Yellowknife, which maps are entitled “LANDS IDENTIFIED FOR WITHDRAWAL ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT OF JANUARY 30, 1992 BETWEEN THE TUNGAVIK FEDERATION OF NUNAVUT AND CANADA” and approved on April 23, 1992 by Jim Umpherson, Regional Manager, Lands Resources, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, and Norman Williams, Negotiator, Land Selection - TFN Claim, Comprehensive Claims Branch, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development.
