On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council, orders that: the Rules of the Ontario Court of Justice in Criminal Proceedings, passed by the judges of the Ontario Court (Provincial Division) under the authority of the Criminal Code (Canada), be approved.
