Residential Detectors Regulations

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 5Footnote a of the Hazardous Products ActFootnote b, hereby makes the annexed Residential Detectors Regulations.

Requirements

Marginal note:Residential detectors

 A person may advertise, sell or import a residential detector set out in column 1 of the table to this section if it complies with the standard set out in column 2, without regard to any other standard to which it refers.

Coming into Force

 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
