Order Waiving the Reservation to the Crown with Respect to Certain Territorial Lands in the Northwest Territories

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 9(b) of the Territorial Lands Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order waiving the reservation to the Crown with respect to certain territorial lands in the Northwest Territories.
Short Title
1 This Order may be cited as the Reservation to the Crown Waiver Order, 1984, No. 1.
Waiver
2 The reservation to the Crown set out in paragraph 9(b) of the Territorial Lands Act is hereby waived with respect to a grant of the territorial lands described in the schedule.
SCHEDULE(Section 2)
All that portion of Boffa Drive in the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories, as said right-of-way is shown on a plan of survey of record number 40350 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 70, as said portion is shown outlined in green on a sketch plan of record on file 18-1-61 in the Land Management Division of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development at Ottawa, said portion containing approximately 0.02 hectares (0.05 acres), more or less.
