Version of section 3.2 from 2015-04-24 to 2017-09-20:
3.2 In sections 3.3 to 3.5, non-Canadian refers to
(a) a WTO investor that is not a state-owned enterprise; or
(b) a non-Canadian, other than a WTO investor, that is not a state-owned enterprise if the Canadian business that is the subject of the investment is controlled by a WTO investor immediately prior to the implementation of the investment.
