Whereas the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs has consulted with the government of each province and with such organizations representative of workers, organizations representative of employers and organizations representative of suppliers as the Minister deemed appropriate.

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, pursuant to subsection 17(1)Footnote ^* of the Hazardous Products Act, is pleased hereby to establish an Ingredient Disclosure List, in accordance with the schedule hereto, effective October 31, 1988.
