Ontario Fishery Regulations, 1989

9.2 (1) Except as otherwise provided in these Regulations and in the Species at Risk Act, no person shall fish for or possess the species of fish set out in Parts 1 to 3 of Schedule 1 to the Species at Risk Act.

(2) Unless specifically authorized by a licence, no person shall fish for or possess the species of fish set out in Part III of Schedule II.
