Meat Inspection Regulations, 1990
2.1 A person who is required or authorized to submit a document, including a recipe, label or certificate under the Act or these Regulations, shall submit it in writing by one of the following ways:
(a) in person;
(b) by mail or by courier; or
(c) by facsimile or other electronic means if the information contained in it is the same as the information that would have been provided if it had been sent or issued in paper form.
