Tax Court of Canada Rules of Procedure respecting the Canada Pension Plan

13 Where all interested parties to an appeal agree to the disposition of the appeal in whole or in part by the Court in a written consent signed by those parties and filed in, or mailed to, the Registry in which the notice of appeal or notice of intervention was filed or to which it was mailed, the Court may dispose of the appeal in accordance with the consent or direct that the appeal be heard in whole or in part.
