Order Prescribing the Fees To Be Paid for the Provision of Nautical Charts and Related Publications
The Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 1988-440 of March 10, 1988Footnote *, hereby makes the annexed Order prescribing the fees to be paid for the provision of nautical charts and related publications.

SHORT TITLE
1. This Order may be cited as the Nautical Charts and Related Publications Fees Order.
INTERPRETATION
2. In this Order,
- “chart sheet”
“chart sheet” means each side of a sheet of paper on which a nautical chart is printed; (feuille de carte)
- “GEBCO”
“GEBCO” means General Bathymetric Charts of the Oceans. (GEBCO)
APPLICATION
3. This Order applies in respect of retail sales only.
FEES
4. Where the Department of Fisheries and Oceans provides a person with a nautical chart or related publication set out in column I of an item of the schedule, that person shall pay to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans the fee set out in column II of that item.
