Industrial Design Regulations
Version of section 6 from 2006-03-22 to 2008-10-04:
6 (1) Correspondence that relates to an application must include
(a) the application number, if one has been assigned;
(b) the name of the applicant; and
(c) the title of the design.
(2) Correspondence that relates to a registered design must include
(a) the registration number of the design;
(b) the name of the registered proprietor; and
(c) the title of the design.
