2 (1) In these Regulations,
person of mixed blood means a person of
(a) mixed Indian and non-Indian blood who is at least one-quarter Indian, or
(b) mixed Inuk and non-Inuk blood who is at least one-quarter Inuk; (personne de sang mêlé)
