    Regulations Respecting Zoning at Cranbrook Airport

    Whereas, pursuant to section 4.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Cranbrook Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette, Part I, on August 22nd and 29th, 1987, and in two successive issues of the Cranbrook Daily Townsman on June 22nd and 23rd, 1987, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto.

    Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 4.4 of the Aeronautics Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting Zoning at Cranbrook Airport.
