    The approach surfaces, shown on Hall Beach Airport Zoning Plan No. E.2740 dated August 3, 1989, are surfaces abutting each end of the strip associated with the runway designated 124T-304T, and are described as follows:

    The outer surface, shown on Hall Beach Airport Zoning Plan No. E.2740 dated August 3, 1989, is an imaginary surface located at common plane established at a constant elevation of 45 m above the elevation of the airport reference point, except that, where that common plane is less than 9 m above the surface of the ground, the outer surface is an imaginary surface located at 9 m above the surface of the ground.

  2. Hall Beach Airport Zoning Regulations - SOR/92-142
    Regulations Respecting Zoning at Hall Beach Airport

    Whereas, pursuant to section 5.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Hall Beach Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I on March 9th and 16th, 1991, and in two successive issues of the Nunatsiaq News on July 5th and 12th, 1991, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto;

    Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 5.4 of the Aeronautics Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting zoning at Hall Beach Airport.
