    Regulations Respecting Zoning at Kingston Airport

    Whereas, pursuant to section 4.5Footnote * of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Kingston Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette, Part I, on January 23rd and 30th, 1988, and in two successive issues of the Kingston Whig-Standard on March 26th and 27th, 1986, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto.

    Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 4.4Footnote * of the Aeronautics Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting zoning at Kingston Airport.
