    The outer surface, as shown on Pembroke Airport Zoning Plan No. 47-074 84-131, Sheets 1 to 9 inclusive, 11 and 12, dated August 21, 1986, is an imaginary surface located at a common plane established at a constant elevation of 45 m above the elevation of the airport reference point, except that, where that common plane is less than 9 m above the surface of the ground, the outer surface is an imaginary surface located at 9 m above the surface of the ground.

  2. Pembroke Airport Zoning Regulations - SOR/88-125
    Regulations Respecting Zoning at Pembroke Airport

    Whereas, pursuant to section 4.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Pembroke Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette, Part I, on October 17th and 24th, 1987, and in two successive issues of the Pembroke Observer on October 24th and 26th, 1987, and two successive issues of Le Droit on October 2nd and 9th, 1987, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto.

    Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 4.4 of the Aeronautics Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting Zoning at Pembroke Airport.
