    Regulations Respecting Zoning at Rimouski Airport

    Whereas, pursuant to section 5.5Footnote * of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Rimouski Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I on October 1st and 8th, 1988, and in two successive issues of Le Rimouskois on February 7th and 14th, 1989, and in two successive issues of the Progrès-Echo on February 8th and 15th, 1989, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto;

    Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 5.4Footnote * of the Aeronautics Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting zoning at Rimouski Airport.
