    • 12 (1) Subject to subsection (2), if a licensee intends to export or import a Schedule 1 chemical, the licensee shall, at least 45 days before the export or import, provide a written notice to the National Authority that contains

      • (a) the name, address and telephone number of the licensee, as well as the number and date of issuance of the licence;
