Whereas, pursuant to section 5.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Regulations respecting zoning at St. Anthony Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I on February 6th and 13th, 1993, and in two successive issues of The Northern Pen on March 16th and 23rd, 1993, and in two successive issues of Le Gaboteur on March 19th and 26th, 1993, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto;
