Whereas, pursuant to section 5.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Thompson Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I, on August 26th and September 2nd 1989, and in two successive issues of The Thompson Citizen on October 4th and 6th, 1989, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto;
