Whereas, pursuant to section 5.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Rimouski Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I on October 1st and 8th, 1988, and in two successive issues of Le Rimouskois on February 7th and 14th, 1989, and in two successive issues of the Progrès-Echo on February 8th and 15th, 1989, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto;
Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 5.4 of the Aeronautics Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting zoning at Rimouski Airport.
