20 (1) Paragraph 8(2)(f) of the Privacy Act is amended by adding the following after subparagraph (vii):
(vii.1) the Whitecap Dakota Government, as defined in section 2 of the Self-Government Treaty Recognizing the Whitecap Dakota Nation / Wapaha Ska Dakota Oyate Act;
(2) Subsection 8(7) of the Act is amended by adding the following after paragraph (h):
(h.1) the Whitecap Dakota Government, as defined in section 2 of the Self-Government Treaty Recognizing the Whitecap Dakota Nation / Wapaha Ska Dakota Oyate Act;
