Application of part IV of the act

2The National Energy Board, pursuant to subsection 97(1)1 of the National Energy Board Act, hereby orders that Part IV of the said Act applies to every person who was operating a pipeline on November 2, 1959.1This subsection is not reproduced in the R.S.C., 1970, see S.C., 1959, c. 46.
