1This Direction may be cited as the Safety or Security Positions Bargaining Direction.

General

2It is hereby directed that, in the interest of the safety or security of Canada and states allied or associated with Canada, the Treasury Board shall not negotiate with or enter into a collective agreement with any bargaining agent in respect of any of those persons in the Department of External Affairs from time to time holding any of the positions in that Department numbered as set out in the schedule.
