His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, effective July 15, 2013,(a)pursuant to paragraph 2(a)a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Actb, transfers to the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada from the Minister of Transport the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration known as the Office of Infrastructure of Canada; andaS.C. 2003, c. 22, s. 207bR.S., c. P-34(b)orders that the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada shall preside over the Office of Infrastructure of Canada.
