His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, effective July 15, 2013,(a)pursuant to paragraph 2(a)a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Actb, transfers to the Minister of the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency from the Minister of Health the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration known as the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency; andaS.C. 2003, c. 22, s. 207bR.S., c. P-34(b)orders that the Minister of the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency shall preside over the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency.
