FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACTOrder Designating the Minister of Transport as the appropriate Minister for The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited for purposes of the ActP.C.2015-3220151

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (d) of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Acta and subparagraph (a)(ii) of the definition appropriate Minister in subsection 83(1) of that Act,aR.S., c. F-11(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2000-409 of March 23, 2000b, that repeal taking effect on the day of the amalgamation referred to in paragraph (b);bSI/2000-20(b)designates the Minister of Transport as the appropriate Minister for The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, an amalgamated corporation resulting from the amalgamation of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited with the St. Mary’s River Bridge Company, that designation taking effect on the day of that amalgamation and ceasing to have effect on the day before the day on which the designation in paragraph (c) takes effect; and(c)designates the Minister of Transport as the appropriate Minister for The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, an amalgamated corporation resulting from the amalgamation of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited — an amalgamated corporation resulting from the amalgamation referred to in paragraph (b) — with the Blue Water Bridge Authority, that designation taking effect on the day of that amalgamation with the Blue Water Bridge Authority.
