His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a)a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Actb, transfers from the Minister of Transport to the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs the powers, duties and functions under the Letters Patent of incorporation for the establishment of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority issued by Order in Council P.C. 2012-1350 of October 9, 2012c, except any power, duty or function under section 9.1 of those Letters Patent, effective November 4, 2015.S.C. 2003, c. 22, s. 207R.S., c.
